Privacy Policy

Status: Full policy coming soon — we’re a private beta and the formal document is being prepared with counsel ahead of public launch. The principles below are how we already operate.

What we collect

Account information (name, email), the search preferences and resume content you provide, the leads we source or you import, and operational logs needed to run the service. We do not buy or sell personal data.

How we use it

To match jobs to your profile, score them on the rubric you configured, render your pipeline, and send the notifications you’ve enabled. Resume content is used to compute the Resume Fit score; it is never shared with employers or third parties.

Third-party services we rely on

We use Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Google Gemini and other LLM providers (scoring + extraction), Stripe (billing), Cloudflare (email forwarding), and JSearch / Greenhouse / Lever / Ashby / similar APIs (lead sourcing). Each receives the minimum data needed to perform its function.

Your rights

You can export your data, delete your account, or request a copy of what we hold at any time. Email with the request.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
