Where one board falls short
A recommendation is not an explainable score. ZipRecruiter's matching nudges you toward roles based on behavior and keywords; it doesn't rank openings by an auditable, preference-plus-resume rubric you can see and tune. And as a high-volume aggregator, it carries the usual stale- and duplicate-listing noise.
